Visitors need not register in order to visit our company web site and access information about the company. Some specific pages may require registration. Except as presented under Use of Information below, user-specific information volunteered by you when requesting information and product demonstrations is archived for marketing and sales internal use only.
Should you provide us with contact information in response to survey questions, you will receive mailings or telephone calls only in response to your specific inquiry, or, if applicable, in the event that you have been selected to receive a prize. We try to answer every email in a timely manner but are not always able to do so. You should be aware that it is not technologically possible to remove each and every record of the information you have provided to Marathon Multimedia from our servers. The need to back-up our systems to protect information from inadvertent loss means that a copy of your Personal Information may exist in a non-erasable form that will be difficult or impossible for us to locate. Nevertheless, we promise that upon receiving your request, all personal information stored in the databases we actively use for research and daily business activities, and other readily searchable media, will be deleted.
