If you are not able to remember your username or password, please go to the "Forgot your username or password?" link on the login page of the program. You will be asked to enter the secret word or phrase you entered when you created your username and password. Doing so will send an email to the address you also entered at the time of your first login. If you are not able to remember your secret word or phrase, please contact technical support at 1-866-759-5440 or email us at support@marathonmultimedia.com and we should be able to help you retrieve this information.
