Institutional affiliation is
signified through the Inst# column on the author entry screen. Each author has Inst# box in which numbers
that correspond with the institution order below can be entered. If an author belongs to more than one
institution, this can be shown by entering more than one number in the box, separated
by a comma. Example: If the author is from the 3rd and 5th
institutions, then enter "3, 5" in the Inst# box for that author.
