I can't remember my user name. Now what?
If you are not able to remember your username or password, please go to the "Forgot your username or password?" link on the login page of the program. You will be asked to enter the secret word or phrase you entered when you created your username and password. Doing so will send an email...

Can I get an electronic copy of my formatted poster? Can I submit this file elsewhere?
No. Because we already offer full printing and internet database services, we do not offer electronic file conversion.

Can I print a hard copy of my finished poster?
Yes. You can print a preview of your poster prior to submitting it. To do this, go to the View Poster section and click on the "Poster Preview" button. Once the image appears in the Adobe Acrobat® window, you can use the print function in your browser to print a copy.

Can I put the copyright owner's name on the poster using the Call4Posters® program?
Yes. Call4Posters® includes a feature that allows you to enter the appropriate copyright information. Upon submission of your poster, however, we do stipulate that we have rights to include your poster in our Call4Posters® collection and that we hold the rights to use this collection.

Can I view the information I've uploaded to see how it will appear in the poster?
Yes. Any information that has been uploaded may be viewed by clicking "Preview Poster" in the View Poster section. The preview you see is an example of how your poster may look. However, it is not to scale and therefore is not an exact preview of your poster. We suggest you preview at 100%. ...

Do you accept any other form of payment besides credit cards?

Help! I left my poster at home or in the taxi!
We do keep an electronic copy of your poster. Please call Tech Support and we will try and help if at all possible. You would be charged an additional fee if we reprint the poster for you.

How can I get a poster included in an organization's Posters2View(TM) project if they choose to produce one?
If your organization is a co-sponsor of Call4Posters®, your poster can be included on the Posters2View(TM) CD and in an online electronic database with your permission.

How do I add bold, underline, or italics to the title or footer for my poster?

How quickly can I get my poster after I have submitted it?
We ask that you allow 10 working days for production. If the shipping address is your hotel, notify the hotel that you may have a package arriving earlier than your stay. Rush delivery is available and an additional $125 rush handling charge would be applied with that option.

I prefer to use the poster format adopted by my institution. Must I use one of yours to be included in the Posters2View(TM) CD or online electronic database?
We can accept your poster in the Adobe® PDF format for electronic publication and also for printing. Simply follow the instructions when you fill out your Call4Posters® information.

If I've already approved my poster, can I log in and edit it again?
No. You can log in with your username and password to view the status, but you cannot edit it once it has been approved. Please verify that your poster is correct and proofread it before approving and submitting it.

Once I have started creating my poster, do I have to complete the entire process at one time?
No. You can log out without submitting your poster and return to continue your work at another time. Alternatively, if you give your username and password to another person (presumably a co-author or your sponsor), that person can access the poster and make changes or complete it. What if I find a need to change my poster at the last minute?
You will need to submit a request for another poster and pay the associated costs. If your request is made after the deadline for submissions, you can call Technical Support and we will determine if we can assist you. You will be charged an additional fee.

What should I do if the Greek character, symbol, or multinational/accented character that I want to use in my copyright, title, or authors section is not included in the list of supported characters?

Will the full sized version of the poster look exactly like the preview from the program?
Yes. It is important to carefully proofread the poster. If a chart looks blurry on the preview (when viewed at 100%), it will also appear blurry on the printed poster.
